Her personal injury and chronic pain has made her a very empathetic and personally knowledgeable teacher of Somatics. Her over 40 years of the study in the field of dance has given her valuable knowledge about the body and movement. She is outgoing, warm, and approachable, which makes everyone around her feel comfortable. Our students and teachers love the energy she brings with her as well as her personal knowledge and teaching skills.I highly recommend Nikki as an instructor. The program she has created -Somatic Exercise Teacher Training- is an excellent course. It is put together well and it will ensure that those taking it will be gifted with the ability to not only teach the exercises to others, but they will be able to use the somatic exercises for their own personal practice. I give her my highest recommendation.”Eleanor Criswell Hanna, Ed.D. Life is full of bumps and bruises, and it can be incredibly stressful. So, whether you are feeling sore, stiff, or stressed, massage therapy and manual osteopathic therapy can play a huge role in restoring and maintaining your health. We know that anyone can provide a massage, but a massage from a RMT registered with CMMOTA will guarantee that you are getting a massage from a professional who has met and maintains the highest standard in the industry. When you choose a CMMOTA registered therapist, you are choosing someone who will tailor their treatment to meet your specific therapeutic needs.Never tried Manual Osteopathic Therapy? No better time than now to try this type of therapy. We know that money can’t buy happiness or health, but it can buy either of these two types of treatment, and that is just about the same thing.Regular treatments are a great way to de-stress and reset as you move forward with life! If you don’t currently have a massage and/or manual osteopathic therapist that you are seeing on a regular basis, please consider visiting https://lnkd.in/g696XDP to find a qualified CMMOTA Registered Massage Therapist or a qualified CMMOTA Manual Osteopathic Therapist, because you know you deserve it!!!#everyoneneedsmassage #RMT #massagetherapylife #cmmotacanada #balanceyourlife #scheduleanappointment #findarmt #findamot

The chance to have your say ends February 29, 2024 - Calling ALL Canadian Massage Therapists, regardless of association affiliation or location to participate in the 2nd Annual Massage Therapy Practice Survey. In response to a call from the massage therapy industry across Canada for industry related data, CMMOTA created and ran this survey first in January/February of 2023 with the intention of repeating it on an annual basis. You can help us keep this information current by doing two things! First complete the survey! This year’s survey is open until February 29, 2024, and can be voluntarily completed by visitinghttps://lnkd.in/dfufqTQX Every massage therapist’s input is valuable. The greater the number of respondents, the more accurate and reliable the statistical data that we will be able to produce will be.Second – help us get the word out about the survey. Share this survey with your fellow therapists across the country, either by simply sharing it to your feed or by copying and pasting this post through any other avenue you wish to share it through. If you missed reading the 2023 Massage Therapy Practice Survey Report – you can find it by clicking here - https://lnkd.in/gkCAE7Ew We will look to publish the results of the 2024 survey in September 2024 on our website, and social media outlets. This survey will take you approximately 10 minutes to complete and will help to provide the industry with answers to these questions. Please note that this survey is in relation to massage therapy practice only – a separate Manual Osteopathic Therapist Survey will be conducted later in 2024.
