The backup camera power fuse on your 2018 Ford F 150 is fuse #15 located in the underhood fuse panel I have enclosed the fuse panel layout with the fuse #15 location for you in the first link below. Fuse #15 provides power to the camera on the white /brown wire at pin #1 in the camera connector.
