10-Year Warranty
Featherlite trailers come with a warranty that’s among the best in the industry and reflects Featherlite’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Most new Featherlite trailers come with a 10-year limited structural warranty*. In addition, many new Featherlites come with a 3-year limited hitch-to-bumper warranty**. All-Aluminum Construction
With just routine maintenance, Featherlite's durable aluminum construction has higher resistance to rust and corrosion. It’s also lighter weight, increasing your payload capacity and making for a smoother tow. Great value too.
Aluminum Floor
Featherlite's aluminum floors are stronger and more durable to last longer through heavy use when hauling your livestock. The skid-resistant floor also provides for easier footing and safer loading and unloading of your livestock.
Aluminum Side Panels
Featherlite’s stock trailers are built with sidewall extrusions that are thicker, allow for stronger welds and vertical tie ring integration and are more scratch resistant.
Drop Gate
The drop gate design on select stock trailers features a convenient, one-handed tailgate latch. It lays flat against the drop wall, and the open top beam makes it easy to clean!
E-Z Lube Axles
E-Z Lube axles make bearing lubrication quick and easy with an E-Z Lube cap that allows for easy access, extra protection and virtually no mess.
Gravel Guard
The standard gravel guard on bumper pull stock trailers gives the front of your stock trailer extra protection from rocks and debris.
Heavy-Duty Crossmembers
Featherlite stock trailers have a support system second to none underneath the trailer. 4-inch crossmembers run every 12” under most livestock trailers to support your heavy cattle loads.
LED Lights
Sealed LED lights are brighter and provide more visibility to others when traveling with your trailer. Plus, they traditionally last longer than conventional lights. In addition, most models feature dual wraparound LED lights.
PerfectFit System
In addition to our standard trailers, the PerfectFit System allows you to customize select trailers with a mix of optional accessories. Your Featherlite dealer will help you design your perfect trailer your way.
Pierce & Roll Roof System
Featherlite's exclusive pierce & roll roof system drives high strength rivets into the aluminum, but no hole fully pierces the roof’s skin. Instead a secure, water-resistant crown forms up and around the bottom of every rivet, reducing opportunities for water leakage. Standard riveting used by other manufacturers can create hundreds of holes in the roof of a trailer where water can infiltrate if rivets or openings become worn.
Rubber Dock Bumper
A thick 4” rubber dock bumper on the back of livestock trailers offers improved shock absorption when backing up to gates.
Running Boards
Running boards feature a full-length, one-piece design, giving a consistently wide platform over the length of the trailer for you to check in on your livestock. The running boards also taper near the rear, allowing for easier maneuvering in tighter spaces when unloading/loading livestock. Running boards standard on select trailers and widths.
Safety
All Featherlite trailers meet federal safety standards and are manufactured in compliance with the National Association of Trailer Manufacturers (NATM).
Slam Latch
Featherlite's slam latch is stronger, easier to use and safer for you and your livestock. The slam latch features a one-piece extrusion that lies more flat to the side of the trailer.

Easy Care Flooring offers trailer owners a porous surface that allows fluids to flow through. This option eliminates the need for bedding or cleaning under mats. It’s ¾” thick for ultimate comfort for the safety of horses and livestock.
LED Load Light
To provide extra light and visibility at night during loading and unloading, an optional LED load light is available. Multiple options.
Low Profile Height
Opt for a low profile version (5'3" height) of your stock trailer to better accommodate the transport of smaller livestock.
Lower Air Space
A 2" lower air space for additional air flow is optional on stock trailers.
Pen System
A pen system option for small livestock includes two removable swinging gate dividers, a removable gate divider and a removable post.
Rear Gate Options
Various rear gate options are available including a full swing rear gate (shown), double rear gates with double cam locks, full swing rear gate with roll up door and more.
